New Police Headquarters Project Gets Recommended for Site Plan Approval

The New Police Headquarters project is currently wrapping up the Construction Documents phase; finalizing the drawings and technical specifications that enable permitting. During the City’s Planning & Development Board November 23rd meeting, the project was recommended for site plan approval. The final step in the site plan approval process is to bring the project to the City Commission for their review and approval, which is scheduled to occur early 2024. The project is expected to move into the Construction Procurement phase in early 2024.
